2. Products & Pricing (v3 Structure) • Standard Finder Report: $29.99 CAD / year annual subscription (introductory launch pricing, struck through from $49.99 standard anchor). Includes complete settlement match report, account access, and matches dashboard for 12 months. • Smart Plan Add-on: $19.99 CAD / year add-on synchronized to the membership year, carrying monthly checkups and 30/14/7-day deadline reminders. • Auto-Renewal & Notice: Memberships renew automatically annually. A pre-renewal notice email is dispatched 30 days prior to any recurring charge. You may cancel anytime with one click in your account settings.

2.3 Payment Processing & Card Storage Payment processing is powered securely by Stripe. ClaimCanada does not store, transmit, or access full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on its own servers. By purchasing a subscription or add-on, your payment card token is stored securely by Stripe to facilitate annual auto-renewals and ongoing services. Members may view, update, or delete their stored payment methods at all times directly through the self-serve Billing Settings in their account portal. Deleting a stored payment card automatically disables future automatic renewals. Deleting a card during an active subscription term does not terminate ongoing access; your membership and attached services will remain fully active until the end of your prepaid billing period, after which the account will lapse without further charges.

Registration Transition Clause: Memberships prepaid prior to any future GST/HST or QST registration date are not retroactively taxed; statutory sales tax applies strictly from the first membership renewal occurring on or after our official tax registration date.

7. Refund Policy Refund-first on any failure of our delivery: if our generated search report does not match the verified records shown on your teaser preview, you receive a full refund. No refunds are issued after accurate digital delivery of the search report. We fully acknowledge Quebec distance-contract consumer rights.
